LEXINGTON, KY - Last year, the Student Congress Tournament of Champions moved to the campus of the University of Kentucky to join the Lincoln-Douglas, policy, and Public Forum competitions traditionally offered by J.W. Patterson and his team. The Congress title has grown ever more competitive and prestigious since its inception.
