SELINSGROVE, Penn. — The 2010 Pennsylvania High School Speech League State Championship was held at Susquehanna University this weekend. In the final round, Jack M. ALBANY, N.Y. — The 2009 New York State Forensic League State Tournament concluded with a final round in varsity Lincoln-Douglas debate that featured Hunter College High School’s Alex Bores and Stuyvesant High School’s Georgia Stasinopoulos.
