Named for the first president of the National Forensic League, it is a cumulative sweepstakes presented to the top school in Student Congress. Florida’s Nova High School claimed the honor in 2005. (Congratulations to coach Lisa Miller!)

As always, we will provide pairings for every round (preliminary and elimination) in every category of the tournament. If you are going to post your code — and we encourage you to do so to aid in this reporting — be sure to include your event, code, school, and name.
