MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA, Mass. — Bill Cooper, director of debate at Manchester Essex Regional High School, has announced basic details of the 2010 installment of the Tim Averill Invitational. The tournament is being expanded to include the Individual Events as well as all four main debate events.
