Posted by Jon Cruz in the Completely Open Thread categoryTo continue my trend — okay, I’ve only done it once, but whatever — of beginning the Completely Open Thread with a movie commentary, I just want to note that it was announced today that Heath Ledger will be playing the Joker in the sequel to Batman Begins. Forgive me if I am skeptical that Ledger’s performance will come close to Jack Nicholson’s.

Dick movie in history. (This is coming from someone who lists Blade Runner as perhaps his favorite movie outside the Star Wars series.)
