Maggie Wagner is Ohio State Champion

SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio — Canfield High School’s Maggie Wagner won the championship of the Ohio High School Speech League State Tournament this weekend, having defeated Jackson High School’s Ellen Martin on a 4-1 decision in the final round.
