Shanna Liu Wins Homewood

HOMEWOOD, Ala. — This year’s edition of the Homewood Patriot Forensic Classic, historically one of the major season highlights in Alabama, concluded this afternoon with a final round that featured the Donoho School’s Vinay Giri and Vestavia Hills High School’s Shanna Liu.

On a 3-0 decision, Shanna defeated Vinay to take the tournament. Congratulations to both debaters!

Shanna is coached by Ben Osborne; Vinay is coached by Ashley Pendley Burrage.
