Congrats to Andrew and to Needham’s Laura Furman.
A huge thank you to everyone who came! I hope you enjoyed the competition and hospitality, and will come back (and bring your friends) to beautiful Cape Ann next year!

I highly recommend this tournament. The judging was extremely good. Bill is more than willing to hire the best critics in the North East and is more than willing to ensure that critical rounds are being judged by those critics. The tournament ran smoothly and the Manchester high school was amazingly easy to navigate with all the runners right there to help out (as an aside, the new HS is amazing. it is actually better looking that 95% of the buildings at RPI.) MOST importantly the food was amazing for both debaters and judges. The judges food was unparalleled. Not only were the main dishes homemade but there were home made desserts. Blondies! Coconut, toffee, white chocolate chip, and regular chocolate chip blondies. That along is enough to make any judge want to come.
I know that Niskayuna will definitely be attending next year. I strongly urge other programs to make their best effort to attend.

I agree with Sohail. The tournament was run very efficiently and had amazing food. I had a fun time and hope other teams decide to have the same great experience next year.

You luv Lovecraft.
Bronx Science will be back next season. Reasons beyond our control prevented our attendance but I am thrilled that the tournament was so well-received by those present.
Congratulations to Andrew, an exceptionally talented debater who I know impressed Seth this weekend and who has impressed all of us over the last few years. In line with that, congratulations to Regis on a phenomenal team performance.
