Madeline Zhu Wins Fullerton
FULLERTON, Cali. — The Lincoln-Douglas debate portion of this year’s installment of the annual CSU Fullerton Invitational concluded on Saturday evening with a final round between Centennial High School’s Courtney Shipp and Claremont High School’s Madeline Zhu. In the round, Madeline defeated Courtney to take the title. Congratulations to both debaters!
Madeline is coached by David Chamberlain and Fritz Pielstick; Courtney is coached by Craig A. Austin.

the best part was that the ballots in finals were scraps of paper that the judges tore off the bottom of their flows. THAT’s the sign of a legit tournament.
