CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y., LOS ANGELES, Cali., and NEW YORK, N.Y. — Three coaches — Jim Menick of Hendrick Hudson High School, Mike Bietz of Harvard-Westlake School, and Jon Cruz of the Bronx High School of Science — have banded together to create a weekly podcast, The View from Tab.
In second episode, now available for download, Menick, Bietz, and Cruz share some general thoughts on the new LD resolution and engage in the podcast’s two weekly features: tech tips (this week, iDebate) and predictions for the coming week.

Man, I was all excited about the “predictions”, and then they turned out to be totally weaksauce. I don’t know if Harvard-Westlake is going to Bronx, but if not I want to hear Bietz’s predictions complete with gambling odds for the top ten debaters in the field on the next podcast, k? And if Hen Hud’s not going to Marx, Menick should handicap that tournament.
