Daniel Lumpee Wins Houston-Memorial

HOUSTON, Tex. — The Rex Fleming Memorial Tournament at Houston-Memorial High School ended with a final debate between Alejandro Esquino of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School and Daniel Lumpee of Crowley High School. In the round, Daniel defeated Alejandro on a 3-0 decision to take his third tournament on the topic.

Daniel is coached by Mike Mundt and Paul Gravely; Alejandro is coached by Jerry Crist, Shane O’Neal, and Paul Tyger.
