THE VICTORY BRIEFS INSTITUTE — VBI@LMU Third Week concluded with a face-off between two debaters from the institute’s top lab. On the affirmative, Walt Whitman High School’s Jane Kessner. On the negative, the Blake School’s Erik Legried.
Jane emerged victorious on a 6-1 decision. Adam Nelson, Glenn Prince, Chris Theis, Adam Torson, Paul Tyger, and the combined student body affirmed; Jeff Roberts negated.
Last Friday, the main, two-week session concluded with a demonstration round between Walt Whitman High School’s Ben Lewis and Saint Louis Park High School’s Catherine Tarsney.
