NDCA Honors Ferguson, Batterman, Stafford

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The National Debate Coaches Association honored three coaches at the NDCA Championships this weekend in recognition of their service to the community and to our activity.

Glenda Ferguson of Coppell High School was recognized as Educator of the Year. She has been honored with a lifetime membership to the NDCA, an etched crystal vase, and a letter to her administration on behalf of the NDCA. Bill Batterman of Marquette University High School was honored with the NDCA Service Award for his service to the community through the creation and maintenance of the NDCA Wiki. Finally, Shane Stafford of the Blake School was honored as Tournament Host of the Year for his work at the Edie Holiday Tournament.
