SoCal Champs/VBT: Registration & Saturday Morning

LOS ANGELES, Cali. — Here you will find information about registration tomorrow at the tournament hotel & a map to UCLA along with parking instructions.

Registration will is on Friday, January 2, 2009 in the Malibu Room at the Sherman Oaks Courtyard Marriott. It will run from 6:00pm until 11:00pm. If you cannot make registration, please call 310.472.6364 and leave a message on our voicemail. IT IS IMPORTANT WE HEAR FROM EVERYONE on Friday night.

On Saturday, PLEASE budget time for parking. The parking lot is a 10 minute walk from the Law School. We are starting debate rounds at 8:00AM SHARP! We do not want to forfeit people, but it is very important the tournament isn’t knocked off schedule early in the morning.

You should enter the UCLA campus in the northeast corner (G-1 on the map) at roughly Sunset & Hilgard. You should immediately proceed into P3 (parking 3) and park at a single space pay parking spot.

To Use:

1. Park at the Parking Pay Station spaces and make note of your space number.
2. Pay at the Parking Pay Station for the amount of time that you would like to spend on campus – it will take 1’s, 5’s Visa and MasterCard
3. Please Display the ticket face up on the driver’s side of your dash board inside the vehicle.

Once you have parked you should walk to the Law School (G-3 on the map) – its about a 10 minute walk. There you will find a greeter. THE LAW SCHOOL is the central location for the tournament.
