Lizzie Sivitz Takes Auburn
AUBURN, Wash. — The twenty-sixth annual Auburn Valley Invitational concluded with a final round that pitted Bainbridge High School’s Lizzie Sivitz against Tahoma Senior High School’s Joshua Peterson. On a 2-1 decision, Lizzie defeated Joshua to win the tournament. Congratulations to both debaters!

Jimmy’s dad is a straight up comms judge. The complaints, from what I heard, seem to come from a lack of adaptation–which, at least in the octos round, seemed to be a strategic move more than anything, given that the other two judges were fine with speed.
