posted by Jon Cruz on August 9th, 2008

LOS ANGELES, Cali. — We’re looking forward to greeting our students at VBI Session II@UCLA — over one hundred and eighty of them! — tomorrow. If you are an incoming student, please make sure to click “More” to review arrival procedures.

Second, as they pertain to you, please follow the instructions below.

Commuters (not staying on campus): Please arrive at 6:30PM and report to the VBI Office, which is located on the FIRST FLOOR of Hedrick Summit. Our first event is at 7:00PM at DeNeve Auditorium. If you would like to report directly to DeNeve Auditorium, you can feel free to do so. Just call us and let us know that that is your intention. On the map, DeNeve Auditorium is at C-4 (DeNeve Plaza) and is located in the part marked “commons.” Each morning you will need to report to the VBI Office to check-in and receive your meal cards for the day.

Arriving by Plane: If you have signed up for the VBI LAX Shuttle, we will meet you at the baggage claim of terminal at which you arrive. Our staff will have large signs that say VBI on them as well as wearing Victory Briefs Institute shirts. All of the staff at the airport have a list of all of the students and when they are scheduled to arrive. They will also be on the look-out for you. Once you get your luggage, you will be escorted to the location where the bus will pick you up. Staff members will be at the curb-side with you and there is also staff on the bus at all times.

Residential - Arriving by Car: If you are arriving by car, please arrive on campus between 10:00am and 4:00pm. You should park in Lot 11 and walk your belongings to Hedrick Summit.
