Victory Briefs Daily to Cover What Happens in Vegas…
posted by Jon Cruz on June 9th, 2008
LAS VEGAS, Nev. — When it comes to speech and debate, Victory Briefs Daily is committed to making sure that what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas. That’s why we’re excited to provide live coverage of Nationals — the National Forensic League Desert Lights National Tournament — starting on Sunday, June 15, 2008.
Who’s getting excited?
And, for those in the area, who would like to help assist our coverage this year? Contact Jon Cruz to let him know!

Whitman will be at Sunset Station. I am greatly envious of Bietz and Cruz. We will, however, be going to a Cirque de Soleil show!

Wade — I’ve always wanted to do coverage of that tournament. You should get us results! How many observers were there?

There were unusually large audiences in every prelim round. Probably anywhere between 3 and 8 people for the most part.

TMS will be staying in their respective homes. And LD is at some MS for the prelims and then moves to Foothill for the elims on W/Th.
You can find me in the fancy wording cmte meetings :-)

Wait… drunk people in bars/casinos and underage people from across the US and other affiliated territories… then, Cruzation says that “VBD will cover what happens in Vegas…”?

Actually, I will always win in my house because I’m right between Foothill, GV, and the middle schools and spirtos is way the hell out in summerlin lol. Although, i’m sure staying with spirtos is bound to be entertaining.
Hell, I go to Foothill lol.

the most important difference is that spirtos does not live in a house. he lives in a residence.

The Spirtos residence is on a golf course that’s a stones throw from the Strip…. CC wins again.

Ouch, well he does go to TMS. jk
Anyways, as I’ve said before, if anyone needs anything regarding directions, etc., I can help.
