Michael Melia Wins Georgia State Tournament

CARROLLTON, Ga. — First seed Michael Melia of Pace Academy entered the final round of the Georgia Forensics Coaches Association State Tournament without having dropped a single ballot. He maintained that distinction in said round, defeating Fayette County High School’s Eric Bogert to take the championship. Congratulations to both debaters on making it to finals!
Michael is coached by Shunta Jordan and Matt Wilson; Eric is coached by Jeffrey Miller and Beverly Kelly.
