Sasha Chada Wins Knights of the Round Robin
ATLANTA, Ga. — The Knights of the Round Robin — co-sponsored by Grady High School and Emory University — concluded tonight. The round robin, in its first year, featured eight debaters from six states. The debaters competed against each other in a single pod for seven rounds and then debated a fellow competitor randomly in an eighth round. Accordingly, placement was based on ballot count. Placing first in ballots — and, thus, first in the tournament — was Sasha Chada of Dulles High School. Congratulations!
Sasha is coached by Anthony Yim and John Lewis.
Anthony Yim contributed to this report. He would like to thank “Mario Herrera, Brandon Sheets, Grady HS, and Emory University for hosting a great RR.”
