Two Choices Remain for New Policy Debate Topic

RIPON, Wis. — The final two choices for the 2008-2009 policy debate topic have been announced. One is health care; “Resolved: The United States federal government should establish a universal health care system in the United States.” The other is alternative energy; “Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase alternative energy incentives in the United States.” National Forensic League chapters may vote with the NFL policy debate topic ballot, now available online.
