It Was About Time

At Long Last!

LOS ANGELES, Cali. - They said it would never come.

With all of the hubbub taking place on the last two days of camp, I neglected to report on one of the most urgent “student life issues” at VBI Session II@UCLA: the belated but most welcome arrival of a particular food item.

This much-ballyhooed, very tasty dessert — its nickname is, I’m afraid, unprintable — was finally served at our final meal together as a camp. After waiting for nearly two weeks, some students began to loose faith. Understandable. But fortunately, many of us were able to share in the joy of this most delicious of meal conclusions.
