VBD Videos: 2005 TOC - Octafinal Round

posted by Bietz on May 17th, 2007

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Here is a video of an Octa-final round from the 2005 TOC. The round features Sam Kliener of Catalina Foothills High School in Arizona on the affirmative versus Bryan Cory of Jersey Village High School in Texas on the negative.

If you haven’t noticed, we’ve been adding many more pages of videos, and even have a nifty logo. You can find the videos archived at The VBD Videos page.

The octas round appears after the jump.

If you are using a Mac, I would definitely install the free program Flip4Mac.

If you cannot see the embedded player, try using this link to use your standalone WMV player.

Please make sure you visit our videos page to see all of the videos we are adding!

haha, I love this round. It’s just brilliant how Sam seems like such an ass here and how he’s actually one of the most chill ppl ever outside a round.

I’m happy to see my agitating paid off in terms of this round.

Seriously, MAJOR thanks to VB for hosting these. I know I would have killed to have seen as many of these as possible when I was debating.

although I’m sad to see the continued bickering in prep before the 1AR was cut off, including the line “the more times you say my name doesn’t make your arguments any more true.” so funny.
