Congratulations to the TOC Qualifiers Thus Far!

SANTA MONICA, CA - With the final TOC-qualifying tournament coming this weekend, Victory Briefs would like to congratulate those debaters thus far that have qualified to this year’s Tournament of Champions. We would especially like to recognize the alumni of VBI@UCLA and Session II who have made this achievement. Congratulations to all! We will be recognizing the full field after the announcement of at-large bids.

Mostafa Heddaya Claims the Bainbridge Island Round Robin

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WA - Congratulations to Bellevue High School’s Mostafa Heddaya and Bainbridge High School’s Greg Nance for advancing to finals at the first-ever Bainbridge Island Round Robin! The final round was adjudicated by a panel of seven of the other student participants. On a 4-3 decision, the panel awarded the win to Mostafa.

The web site features a searchable archive of qualifiers to Nationals, the TOC, and the NCFL. Complete backgrounds and competitive histories of the tournaments will also be available.
