Kevin Troy Wins TOC Extemp

Neil Chheda and Chris Bennett report in with the results of the 2004 TOC Extemp held at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

The final round consisted entirely of extempers from Minnesota and Texas. Congratulations to Kevin Troy of Eagan High School for winning the 2004 championship, and congratulations as well to his fellow finalists: Ishaana Rambachan of Eastview, James Hohmann of Eastview, Jeff Geels of Southlake Carroll, James Hsiao of Lamar Consolidated, and Elizabeth Kraut of Mounds Park Academy.
