Paul Schiano Wins TFA State
The Texas Forensic Association State Meet concluded Saturday night, on a weekend full of state championship tournaments. In the final round, Paul Schiano (Churchill PS) negated while Ryan Cooper (Westlake RC) affirmed. On a 3-0 decision, Paul won the TFA title for the year 2004.

Congratulations to Paul and Ryan. Both have been impressive each time I’ve judged them, and I wish I would have been awake enough to watch finals. Can’t believe Ryan is only a sophomore. I knew when he gave one of the best INRs I’ve seen this year at UT that he was going to be trouble. :-)
