NORTHBROOK and GLENVIEW, Ill. — The Glenbrooks of 1996 concluded with a final round that featured Apple Valley Hills High School’s Cherian Koshy and Valley High School’s Brian Fletcher. Brian defeated Cherian on a 6-1 decision to win the title. Congratulations are still in order for both!

I have been carefully organizing, transcribing, and digitizing materials I have been finding in the Chellgren Center Debate Office at the University of Kentucky and that have been donated to me by R.J. Pellicciotta. My thanks to R.J. and to Linda Barker, J.W. Patterson, and Roger Solt for their assistance!) (more…)
